Vlossom grew from a decade of natural-hair practice and a question that became a responsibility: what would change if care began with dignity?
Vlossom was shaped through lived experience. Founder Vuyo spent years working directly with clients and seeing the beauty, trust and exhaustion held inside natural-hair care. The work revealed a gap bigger than one appointment or one salon: clients needed more reliable care, and professionals needed systems that protected the quality of their work and their own wellbeing.
The question behind the platform
Natural hair should not have to be introduced from the beginning at every appointment. A client should be able to find someone who understands their needs, arrive with useful context and continue a relationship that becomes more thoughtful over time.
